Recognising that everyone has different budgets, we strive to work within your financial parameters.
Our comprehensive bespoke design service begins with a complimentary 1-hour consultation, either in-person at our workshop or through a scheduled phone call. This initial meeting is obligation-free, providing you with the opportunity to share your ideas, preferred styles, and vision. This allows us to understand your preferences and enables us to provide you with a personalized quote that aligns perfectly with your expectations.
What happens next?
1. Initiate the process by sending us an email containing your wedding date, venue, and initial thoughts about your requirements. Include details about colors and share any inspiration pictures you may have.
2. If necessary, we'll arrange a consultation, either face-to-face at our workshop or over the phone, to delve deeper into your ideas and preferences.
3. Upon receiving the quote, share your thoughts with us. We're open to discussions and can explore alternative ideas or suggestions to ensure the proposal aligns perfectly with your vision.
4. To secure our services for your special day, a 10% nonrefundable booking fee, based on the overall cost, is required. The remaining balance is due six weeks before your wedding date.
